Description: Abies koreana is one of the few selections that is ideal for small gardens and spaces. They can be a slow growing, irregular shaped variety when they're young but eventually become a large neatly shaped tree with a pyramidal form and symmetrical growth. It's leaves are dark green, silver white beneath producing violet purple cylindrical cones - even on the young trees. One of the finest quality and most popular Abies varieties.
History: Originates from Korea.
Abies Growing Tips: Easy in most conditions and in any reasonably well-drained soil, other than shallow chalk. Prefers to be planted in an open, sunny position.
