Description: A large tree with a broad, pyramidal crown, and leaves that are bright yellow in spring, turning a more greenish-yellow as they mature in summer, then orange-yellow in autumn.
History: A sport of 'Pallida'. Received the Royal Horticultural Society's Award of Garden Merit.
Tilia Growing Tips: Grows readily on light or heavy soils and will put up with temporarily soaking ground. Avoid growing in very dry conditions or exposure to very strong winds. Ideal for coppicing to show off the golden shoots in winter.
