How to Conduct A Stock Check

You can use our Trade Portal to check container and bare root stock levels. There are two methods:

Stock Check System

Using the ‘Stock Check’ tab you can filter and search for specific varieties. The value given under the heading ‘Free Stock’ is that amount of each variety in stock. From this screen you can add it to an order by selecting ‘Add to basket’.

Live Stock Check

You can download our latest stock list by selecting ‘Container Live Stock’ or ‘Bareroot Live Stock’

Quantity Mismatch

You may receive the ‘Quantity Mismatch’ error as shown below. This is caused when you request more of a variety than there is in stock. In the example below 12 trees were selected however only 10 were in stock. You will be given the option to automatically order the most possible ie. 10 or remove the items completely. Choose your preference and the order will update automatically.
