Description: A graceful round-headed tree with almost Maple-like leaves which unlike many Lime trees are aphid resistant so do not drip sticky honeydew. Yellow autumn foliage which falls to show the gracefully drooping brown-red twigs.
History: A selection by the University of Budapest, Hungary.
Tilia Growing Tips: Grows readily on light or heavy soils and will put up with temporarily soaking ground. Avoid growing in very dry conditions or exposure to very strong winds.
