Flame Vines

Vines

Description: Flame is a seedless, outdoor dessert variety that produces small to medium reddish-amber grapes which have a lovely, crunchy texture and are full of juice. Perfect for baking into desserts or for juicing. One of the most popular vine varieties, one you will mostly find on supermarket shelves. A very attractive variety, very heavy fruiting and vigorous.

History: Originates from the USA.

Indoor Vine Growing Tips: It's best grown indoors in an unheated greenhouse. Place potted vines outdoors in winter to get sufficient cold. Water frequently during the growing season, and feed with high potash liquid fertiliser once growth starts. Pollination needs a dry atmosphere. Gently shaking branches aids pollination.
