Introduced to the UK in the 1600’s Goji are hardy, deciduous shrubs which yield nutritious red berries.
Goji berries provide high amounts of protein, copper, iron, magnesium, potassium, riboflavin, Vitamin A, Vitamin C and zinc. They also provide high levels of many antioxidants.
Goji bushes are easy to grow, preferring full sun for the best crop but can tolerant light shade. Once established they can tolerate coastal areas and drought.
