Family Pear trees have two to three different varieties grafted onto one stem. These varieties are selected so they cross-pollinate well and offer a delicious choice of fruit. Perfect if you only have room for one fruit tree in your garden!
Our Family Pear trees are grown on Quince A semi-vigorous rootstock and are supplied as container grown trees.
Pruning can take place any time of the year. Structural pruning should be done in the winter, and light pruning and shaping in the summer to encourage more flower and fruit for the following year.
