Olive Magazine Feature

19/03/2019

Featured in Olive Magazine, Pensons‘ is a new restaurant on the edge of Netherwood Estate near Tenbury Wells, straddling the Herefordshire and Worcester border.

Set in a former threshing barn dating from the 15th century, its original features have been meticulously restored. Including hay-loft hatches and a manger that’s been ingeniously repurposed as a lighting rig.

Outside is a pretty courtyard studded with crab apple and cherry trees. Beyond is a kitchen garden and orchard planted with native, home-grown fruit trees from specialist Frank P Matthews.

Read more in Olive Magazine which takes you on a foodie road trip through Herefordshire this month. Showcasing some wonderful local businesses including Neal’s Yard Creamery, The Cottage Herbery, Pensons and Forage Fine Foods.
