Open Day Success for Frank P Matthews, Bransford Plant Co. and New Leaf 01/03/2024 We are delighted to announce that our collaboration open day events with The Bransford Webbs Plant Company and New Leaf Plants were a fantastic success! On the 28th and 29th over 100 plant retailers converged to share their knowledge and plans for the future. Both days followed the same format, beginning with a warm welcome at Bank House Hotel. Guest speaker Boyd Douglas-Davis discussed the challenges of the future that the plant industry may face. An interactive panel session followed with Frank P Matthews sales director Matthew Thomas representing Frank P Matthews on the panel. After lunch, attendees boarded a coach and headed over to Frank P Matthews HQ for a tour of the nursery including the growing fields, container areas and dispatch and processing areas. Fortunately the weather stayed fair.Overall the open days were a great success with positive feedback and productive networking. We are planning to arrange another open day event for retailers here at Frank P Matthews.
