Description: Katinka is a regular high productivity variety that crops at the end of July. Produces medium sized fruits, only with strong thinning, good firmness, juicy and sweetish flesh. The stone peels easily away from the flesh, freestone. The tree itself has medium vigour, more or less upright. Earliest plum in our area with superb eating quality.
