Description: A slender, upward growing form with striking, fragrant, white flowers. The evergreen leaves are elegantly glossy dark-green, orange-brown felted beneath.

History: Seedling of M. grandiflora 'Hasse'. Introduced by Tree Introductions Inc.

Magnolia Growing Tips: Full sun to part shade lover, best grown in consistently moist, slightly acidic, well-drained soils. Provide sheltered site as buds and flowers may be damaged by cold winds, and late frosts. Shape and size can be controlled by pruning which should be done either immediately after flowering or during late summer.
