NEW varieties win awards at HTA National Plant Show 2017

We entered three new varieties into the HTA National Plant Show Awards this year and won all the awards in the ‘Trees and Conifers’ category.

Our new Malus toringo Aros® won Best in Show, Best in Category and the Visitor Vote award. This is a lovely dark leaved, upright Malus with attractive pink blossom and small almost black fruit.

Apple Surprize™ won Gold, a bright orange apple with pink flesh and a fresh, zingy taste.

Aprium Aprisali® is a cross between a plum and an apricot, it is self-fertile, hardy and produces rich, tasty, crimson fruit.

All of our new varieties will be available to our garden centre customers from 14th August.
