Tenbury Town Council Plant Trees 10/03/2022 This week we planted some lovely trees for Tenbury Town Council. This was for the Queen’s Green Canopy to celebrate Her Majesty’s Platinum Jubilee 2022. Five Betula Snow Queen trees were chosen for the Civic Garden. The striking white bark of these birch will make a beautiful addition to the trees already planted there. The two trees in planters on Teme Street are Prunus ‘Sunset Boulevard’. This variety has fantastic white flowers in April to brighten up Tenbury town. We look forward to seeing these trees grow into wonderful specimens for the town people to enjoy! The trees were planted by our Sales Director Matthew (Right) and Retail Manager Jack (Left). The planting event was organised by Lesley Bruton the Town Clerk and Eric Hudson the Town Mayor. Head to The Queen’s Green Canopy for find out more information.
