Apple (Malus) Oslin



Description: Oslin, also known as Abroath Pippin is a primrose yellow colour, dotted with pink and light russet. An unusual scented skin and brisk, sparkling taste, perhaps a hint of aniseed.

History: Believed to have arisen in Abroath, Scotland or introduced by the monks of abbey in France. Known in 1815 but probably much older.
