Pocket Hankerchief, Ghost or Dove Tree

Description: An early flowering cultivar of Dove tree with large white bracts in late May from year one.

History: Introduced by California's Sonoma Nursery.

Davidia Growing Tips: Easy to grow in a sheltered position in sun or partial shade, but young specimens may not flowers. Happy on any soil type as well as it's moist but well-drained.

Height and Spread (after 10 years): 1.5m x 0.5m
