Description: Very large blooms perfect for making Elderflower cordials and other drinks and flavourings. Self fertile. The dark red-black berries ripen towards the end of August to beginning of September and can be used for juices, pies, jams and other culinary products as well as dyes, they are very high in anthocyanins and antioxidants. Heavy crops of both flower and fruit every year. This variety is the best for flower production.

History: Descended from the wild occurring Elder in the Danube floodplains, Austria.
