Description: This variety of Elder flowers from end of May to beginning of June and is self fertile so needs no pollinating partner to set fruit. The large deep red round berries high in anthocyanins and antioxidants and great for jams, jellies, juices and dyes. The large flower umbrels are fragrant and can be used for cordials and other flavourings.

History: Bred at the Institute of Copenhagen Horticultural Research Centre, Aarslev, Denmark.
