Description: Acer negundo 'Winter Lightning' is a medium sized, bushy headed, deciduous garden tree. The leaves are bright green during the summer and turn beautiful gold and yellow colours in the autumn. Drooping racemes of golden, tassel-like flowers appear in spring. In the winter, the stems are bright yellow and gold making it an excellent winter garden feature.

Acer Growing Tips: Very easy to grow in a wide range of well-drained soils. They thrive in full sun or partial shade. Can be pruned hard each spring to enhance ornamental effect, stem colours or to control size.
