Description: Acer palmatum 'Hubbs Red Willow' is an upright, small deciduous tree. Produces purple-reddish leaves which have very long and narrow lobes. Autumn colour shades of fiery orange and red. The appearance of a 'dainty' bamboo. Perfect for small gardens or planting in a large container.

Acer Growing Tips: Very easy to grow in a wide range of well-drained soils. They thrive in sun but with partial shade to protect the leaves from scorch. A sheltered area away from strong winds is preferred.
