Prunus pendula 'Stellata'

Description: A beautiful, little tree with clear pink, star shaped flowers produced in crowded clusters on graceful branches. The leaves are mid-green in colour with yellow and orange autumn tints.

History: Introduced about 1955. Received the Royal Horticultural Society's Award of Garden Merit.

Prunus Growing Tips: Best grown in well-drained soil, in full sun to achieve the best flower display and autumn colour. Will tolerate most soil types including clay.
