Merry Christmas 2023

21/12/2023

We would like to wish all of our friends and customers a very Merry Christmas!

It has been a fantastic year at FPM and we are always grateful for all the support we have from tree enthusiasts all over the UK – and beyond.

Merry Christmas

Our amazing garden centre customers have taken over 200,000 trees from us in 2023, helping to distribute them to every county from the top of Scotland to the tip of Cornwall. We also supplied many commercial fruit growers, councils, charitable organisations, mail order companies and private estates, all of whom have been a great support this year. Our Tree Shop has also been busy with helping gardeners and landscapers find their perfect trees.

In January we supplied over 600 trees for the National Trust Blossom Together project in Birmingham, in March we won the RHS Stanley Lord Bowl Award for our fruit display at RHS Malvern, in June we won another award for a new variety Corylus ‘Red Ghost’ at the HTA National Plant Show, in October we gained ‘Plant Healthy’ status and in December we held our second Christmas Fair at our Tree Shop which attracted over 1200 people. Along with many other projects and events, the year was a great success – even though the wet weather has made lifting trees from the field very challenging this autumn!

Our wholesale office will be closed from Friday 22nd December to Tuesday 2nd January, with limited cover on 27th, 28th and 29th December. Our Tree Shop is open except on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day.

We hope everyone has a relaxing and fun Christmas break and very best wishes for 2024! We looking forward to a wonderful 2024!
