Description: Waterloo is a traditional eating cherry. Produces a heavy crop of good quality heart shaped glossy fruits that are red-black in colour. Juicy and sweet in taste, good flavour, fairly soft with a small stone. A delicious old fashioned variety.
History: Raised in 1815. Fruited just after the Battle of Waterloo, hence the name.
