Syringa reticulata 'Ivory Silk'


Description: An upright, rounded, deciduous shrub or small tree with ovate to lance-shaped, dark green leaves. Produces large clusters of small, fragrant, ivory white flowers that are quite long lasting.

History: A recent introduction from Canada, selected in 1973.

Syringa Growing Tips: Easy to grow in most well-drained, fertile, humus-rich alkaline to neutral soils. Thrives in chalky ground and appreciates mulching when planted in full sun
