Description: A deciduous upright tree with a conical habit when young, forming a more rounded tree with age. Broad crinkled edged leaves are bright yellow where exposed to the sun and greener in the shaded parts giving a suffused appearance, adopting rich shades of gold in the autumn.
Ulmus Growing Tips: Tolerant to a wide range of conditions but prefers moist, well drained soils in full sun. Tolerates urban pollution as well as coastal locations. Received the Royal Horticultural Society's Award of Garden Merit.
