Hendre Huffcap Pear

Description: Hendre Huffcap is a very rare, large tree with upright branches. Crops are generally large and regular but can sometimes cause broken branches. Fruit is elliptical and irregular, yellowish-green with a russet around the stem end. A clean grower suffering little disease. Medium acid, low tannin for a pleasant, good vintage quality perry. 

History: Originates from Bromsberrow, Gloucestershire around 1963.
