Description: Moonglow is a high-quality mid-season variety that produces bright lemon skinned fruits when ripe that are quite large. The flesh is soft juicy, has a sweet flavour and is lightly perfumed. Similar to Williams’ Bon Chrétien, but with a finer flavour and texture.
History: Originates from the USA where it was developed at the Department of Agriculture in 1960.
